What is better than a piece of a pumpkin cake? A pumpkin cake with some delicious cheese frosting on it!! I have made mine using the delicious Laughing Cow light cheese. You need: - 1 package of Laughing Cow light cheese - 1/4 cup of softened butter - 2 tsp of milk - 1 tsp of vanilla - 3 cups of icing sugar Beat the cheese, the butter, the vanilla and the milk until smooth. Add the sugar slowly and beat it until ready to spread! Add a dash of orange food colouring for an extra Halloween touch. Enjoy but be careful, they are scarily addictive!! Autumnal cheekiness So, just like that, another weekend is over. London was gorgeous today with tepid sun and autumnal ruby colors. I feel that the lack of sleep is finally getting to me and I’m so ready to whisk off to bed, fingers crossed that Harvey will sleep a bit more! I hope you’ve had a lovely weekend. 🍁Autumnal toes🍁 What have you been up to today? I had the brilliant idea to wear heeled boots (just because they were so pretty) and go for a long walk with two kids. When your dress matches such a pretty dress, it would be a crime not to take a picture, don’t you agree? - It was another day of solo parenting but, luckily, Catherine and Harvey were quite behaved and I managed to even grab a coffee with a friend in the morning. Isn’t it great when you expect the worst but things just go smoothly! I love pumpkin spice latte, in fact it’s fair to say I’m obsessed. I kept Catherine home from nursery for a few days as a nasty stomach bug is going around. It was another day with my little duo: lots of highs and some lows but nothing a bassinet filled with flowers can’t fix😂😂. Truth is, even though it's harder, I love these days spent together and I’m a bit sad that she is returning to nursery tomorrow. Today me and this little princess took a couple of hours for ourselves and went to check out the first Christmas decorations. I know it’s early but she is so excited about it and so am I! After all, you can never be too early for the festive season! I often feel like she doesn’t get the attention she needs as Harvey is in quite a difficult phase. I so needed those hours together!
